The Hidden Power repport was published in 2011 after a survey of the voluntary, community and faith sector across Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Warrington.

It re-visited the original "Hidden Power" report published in 2000 which highlighted the capacity and involvement of the sector in the sub region.
