Step4wrd is a newly established, Professional and Young Persons Social Enterprise Hub. Operating as a Social Enterprise enables us to offer a complete range of services empowering Young People and organisations to Step Forward.

The hub is formed upon a range of creative and innovative approaches with professionals and volunteers. Their backgrounds range from academic research, education, social work, offender and behaviour management, drama, voluntary and community sectors.

We believe that by applying creative, innovative and efficient approaches to addressing the complex and diverse needs of Children and Young People, we can make a real and sustained difference to the future of the Young People we work with.

Our ethos is to seek the best possible outcomes for Children and Young People whilst promoting and sustaining positive change.
